    Hall options

    We have rooms available in selected halls and university-managed houses for second, third and fourth-year students returning in September.

    The prices below are for contracts starting in September 2019.

    • We set aside specific accommodation for existing students so you won't be living in a flat with first-year students. You can book your room individually or block book a flat with a group of friends.
    • Our halls package includes utility bills, basic contents insurance and free travel on the Brookes buses.
    • You can pay your rent in instalments to coincide with your student loan.

    • Bookings will open on Monday 11 and Tuesday 12 February 2019. 
    • You will be able to book online via the Accommodation Portal. We recommend that you check you can log into the Portal successfully before booking opens as you may need to reset your password.
    • Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. If the property you want is booked by someone else, you may wish to check back later for cancellations.
    • Please note that if you have any outstanding rent payments due then you will not be able to book accommodation for next year. You will need to pay your balance first.
    • For Slade Park you will need to book directly with the provider - please see below for more information.

    Booking Confirmation Fee
    You do not need to pay a damage deposit for any of our halls. Our third-party halls require a reservation fee. The fee varies so please check the terms and conditions on the individual hall pages for further details.

    • You will all need to make your bookings individually but you can choose rooms in the same flat subject to availability.
    • We recommend that you agree which flat and rooms you want and then make your bookings at the same time. For example, you decide that you want to live in Flat C so you agree that you will book room 1 and your friend will book room 2.

    If you require a standard room without any specialist equipment, you should apply for a room through the Accommodation Portal. The majority of rooms available are en suite. You will be able to select your specific room and whether you prefer ground floor.
