We expect to be able to offer accommodation in our halls to students who have applied via Clearing and Adjustment. Please note that room choice will be limited, so check below for the halls available to you.

If you are applying for a course with specific accommodation requirements, such as certain healthcare and education courses, the options we offer you will be different. Please see our page on courses with specific accommodation for more details.

How to apply for University accommodation

After your Clearing place has been confirmed by Oxford Brookes via UCAS Track, you will be able to apply online for your accommodation

Your deadline to apply for accommodation is midnight on Tuesday 28 August 2018. You will be contacted by the Accommodation Bureau on Friday 31 August who will let you know if they can offer you a room. If they are unable to offer you a room, they will explain your options. These may include going on a waiting list, temporary accommodation, commuting or sourcing private accommodation.

Don't worry if you don’t get allocated a room in halls, as you will be well supported by our Accommodation Bureau. If you do not get a place in halls (or prefer to live elsewhere), we will help you find suitable private accommodation. We may also be able to offer you temporary accommodation until a full-year room becomes available. In most cases this will be before the start of semester.
