Congratulations on gaining a place to study on one of our courses delivered at a partner college!
This section of our website explains what enrolment involves for new students studying at one of partner colleges. Once you've completed online enrolment you will be able to access university services and resources and get your Oxford Brookes student card.
From 24 August, an ‘invitation to enrol’ will begin to be sent to new students.
Please don’t worry if you don’t receive an invitation email on this exact date - it’s a rolling process. If you have applied in late August or September, there might be a delay in us contacting you. Don't worry if this is the case - you can still enrol at the college and complete online enrolment as soon as you are eligible.
Once you have met the conditions of your offer and this has been processed by the university, you will receive an email from Brookes explaining how to complete your online enrolment and giving you your student number and password. We will use the email address on your UCAS or application form.
If you haven’t received an email, check your junk folders and spam filters.
Proceed to Oxford Brookes online enrolment »
Please note, you will need to complete enrolment with both Oxford Brookes (online) and with your college.
Please check with your college whether this will also be online or in person and for further details.

Once you have completed your online enrolment with us, your student ID card will be posted directly to you in due course.
If you are studying at one of our colleges local to Brookes and have applied for accommodation, learn more about our accommodation.
