Congratulations on gaining a place to study on one of our courses. This section of our website explains what enrolment involves for new students studying at one of partner colleges. Once you've completed online enrolment you will be able to access university services and resources and get your Oxford Brookes student card.
All students are invited to enrol on or after this date.
All part time students must have completed online and face to face enrolment.
If you have completed enrolment but not received your Brookes student card, this is the date to inform us by.
Once you have met the conditions of your offer, you will receive an email from Brookes explaining the online part of your enrolment and giving you your Student number. You will receive a second email with your password, which you will need to log in. We will use the email address on your UCAS or application form. If you haven't received an email, check your junk folders and spam filters.
If you have applied in late August or September, there might be a delay in us contacting you. Don't worry if this is the case - you can still enrol at the College and complete online enrolment as soon as you are eligible.
You should complete online enrolment in advance of your face-to-face enrolment session at your College.

Brookes student ID cards will be sent to your College in September and October. Your card will only be issued if you have enrolled online and uploaded an appropriate photograph. If you have completed enrolment but have not received your card, check with your College first. After that, email email@example.com.
The deadline for informing us if your card has not arrived is Friday 8 November 2019.
