All students must re-enrol to the University at the beginning of each academic year. During the summer vacation before you return to your course, you will be sent an email to let you know when you can re-enrol. Your enrolment can be completed online via your Personal Information Portal.
Please remember even if you are going on placement in the next academic year you MUST re-enrol at the University.
Yes, if you are a new student and you have received instructions about enrolling online. Please go to your Personal Information Portal (PIP) and log on as instructed in your email message.
If you are a continuing student you can fully re-enrol on PIP.
At least one session of tuition fees must be paid before you can fully enrol.
Please note that even if you give us payment details early, we do not take your first payment until one week before September enrolment.
If you are a continuing student, your due dates are on your Course Fee Statement on your Personal Information Portal (PIP). Should you have any queries regarding this, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are a fully-enrolled student you will be able to see your "Course Fee Statement" on your Personal Information Portal (PIP). This statement will show what you have paid, when your next payment is due and how we think we are collecting the payment.
Your Course Fee Statement will also highlight any outstanding amounts and provide details of how to contact the Student Finance Team about your payment. You can also pay your tuition fees online, just click on the 'Make Payment' button on your Course Fee Statement.
All monies paid to the University should be paid in Pounds Sterling. The University cannot accept any other currency.
When you financially enrol you will be asked how your fees are to be paid. If you have a sponsor (such as an employer or a commercial or charitable organisation) who is paying your fees, please provide an official letter of sponsorship from them. The letter should include:
We will then invoice them for the full fees giving 30 days to pay. Sponsors do not have the option of paying in instalments.
Please note that if your sponsor fails to pay your fees you will be liable.
Please note that your parents, family members or friends who may be paying your tuition fees are not classed as sponsors.
