  • How do I change my contact details?

    You can change your contact details on the My Account tab of your portal, scroll down to your profile and click “My Profile”.

    Can I change the course I have applied for, or defer my application?

    If you want to change the details of the course you have applied for please contact the Admissions Team on apply@brookes.ac.uk for more information.

    I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

    You can reset your password on the log in page, click the 'Forgotten Password' link and you will be guided through the reset.
