  • OBU Schools and Colleges Liaison work tirelessly with local schools, colleges and organisations to improve aspirations, attainment and awareness of higher education. The young people we work with regularly get recognition in the media for the hard work and dedication they show both academically and in extra-curricular activities.

    Brookes Bridges

    Our Brookes Bridges programme gives people in the local community the chance to attend a range of courses offered by our partner institutions. These enable them to improve their employability and give them the chance to access higher education through less traditional routes.

    The programme gets frequent recognition in the local media, but also received national attention when it was the runner up in The Guardian's University Awards Ideas Bank for its commitment to widening participation.
