    By train

There are direct train services to Oxford from London and many other UK towns and cities. Please only use Oxford Railway Station in the city centre; Oxford Parkway is not serviced by our BROOKESbus.

Please note that the U1 bus stop is located on the main road to the right of the train station on Park End street

For more information on train services, visit National Rail Enquiries.

    By coach

From London there are two direct coach services, both running every 10-15 minutes during the day, which drop you off right outside our Headington Campus.

On arrival at the campus you will be met by a student ambassador and taken to the main reception to register.

Sponsored coach travel can be booked by the Oxford Brookes Schools and Colleges Liaison Team. If you require this, please indicate on the registration form.

    By coach

If you are travelling by coach, we'll let your school/college what time to arrive.

Please arrange for the coach driver to drop you off at the B4 bus stop on the London Road (the lay-by which the Oxford Tube pulls into). This is a busy road so you should ensure your students alight from the coach as quickly as possible. On arrival you will be met by a student ambassador and taken to the main reception to register. At the end of the day please arrange for the coach driver to collect you from the same place, the B4 bus stop.

Please note – there is no parking available for coaches on the day so please arrange with your coach company to park elsewhere, for example at Thornhill park and ride.

    By minibus

We do have a limited number of parking spaces available for minibuses. Please contact us as soon as possible if you will require this.

On arrival at the campus you will be met by a student ambassador and taken to the main reception to register.

Catering will be provided on the day. Dietary requirements can be catered for if provided a minimum of two weeks before the event.
