I am Facilities and Services Manager for the Faculty and am responsible for managing and co-ordinating the Faculty's services, estates and facilities functions and to act as designated Health and Safety Co-ordinator. In practice this means advising on Faculty requirements for refurbishing and space allocations and actioning all plans made regarding site issues. I line manage technical staff within the Faculty and the Timetabling Administrator and am responsible for Health and Safety, the Assets Inventory, Data Protection, Business Continuity planning and PEEPS. I also am responsible for a number of budgets within the Faculty.
I have been at Brookes since 1993, always within the old School of Social Sciences and Law where I have been responsible for financial planning and monitoring, all aspects of administration and the school's resources and estates.
