Olga is a health and care researcher with a background in psychology. She joined Oxford Brookes University in 2018 taking up a research position. She has been developing a programme of research into long term conditions, diabetes in particular, and mental health and undertaking research in the NHS settings. Olga teaches on the Professional Doctorate in Nursing Programme (Research Methodologies Module) and supervises PhD and Professional Doctorate students. In her teaching role, she also supervises undergraduate and postgraduate Adult and Mental Health Nursing dissertation students and contributes to the Hong Kong Intensive School BSc Health Care Studies (Dissertation Module) and MSc / PG Dip Nursing Studies (Advanced Research Design Module). From April 2021, she will be taking the role of a Deputy NHS Sponsorship Lead for the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences.  

In her OxINMAHR support role, Olga coordinates the OxINMAHR Health Research Seminars and the Centre for Nursing, Midwifery, Health and Social Care Research Seminars.
