Claudia Filsinger

    Claudia Filsinger is a learning and development consultant who has worked with groups and individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures and ages in a variety of roles both in corporate and voluntary environments. Her portfolio combines consulting, coaching and training in organisations, and a career coaching practice for private clients.

    She is also a part-time lecturer at the Oxford Brookes Business School and her specialism includes working across cultures and women's career development. As part of her Masters degree in Coaching and Mentoring Practice she researched how maternity coaching influences women's career re-engagement and how the psychological contract on career development changes after maternity leave.
