Whether you need space for interviews, board meetings, client meetings, training sessions or a more professional setting than a coffee shop, Oxford Brookes Venues has a selection of modern meeting and training rooms that can fit your requirements.
Our rooms are suitable for virtual meetings and are fully equipped with modern and easy to use audio-visual equipment including a SMARTBoard, PC, and projector. We have a number of options to help support your event from trestle tables to additional AV.
We work with our trusted and local event suppliers for items we don’t hold in stock.
Rooms benefit from nearby informal breakout areas furnished with modern seating and tables complete with power outlets, giving you a fantastic space for breaks and networking. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Rooms are available to hire all year round but there is greater availability at evenings, weekends, and during holidays in January, Easter, and Summer.
Prices start from £145.00 for half a day or £230.00 for a full day.
Car parking is not available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm and we encourage you to use public transport wherever possible. We advise delegates to use Thornhill Park and Ride which is a 15-minute ride away. Please see here for further travel information.
For evening events, limited parking is available at Gipsy Lane from 5.30 pm and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis with no pre-booking. Weekend parking is limited and subject to availability.
