• Talis Aspire - guidelines for academic staff

The Talis Aspire reading list system provides a simple way for you to create and manage your module reading lists online. Aspire reading lists can link to any type of resource and integrate with your Moodle page. Students access their reading lists in a consistent way across modules and can prioritise and add notes to their readings.

Quick Help guides are available for every aspect of using Aspire, the University's online reading list software. Users new to Aspire should start with Getting Started With Aspire; then choose from the mini-guides for bookmarking different types of resource (books, chapters, journal articles, etc) and updating existing reading lists/creating new lists. There are further guides including how to link your Aspire reading list to your Moodle course, and how to generate a Harvard bibliography from your list, and a Quick Reminder checklist of all the key steps.
