Overview of Help to Grow: Management

Designed to fit alongside work commitments, this 12-week programme combines a practical curriculum, with one-to-one support from a leading business mentor and alumni networking sessions.

By the end of the programme leaders will have developed a business growth plan to help them lead their business to release its potential.

Start dates and registration

Usually £750 per person, but organisations may have this reduced to £0 via the University’s Business Support Fund.

Open to all organisations

The start dates are specific to the programme's induction session. Module one starts one week after the induction session.

Starting Tuesday 30 April 2024 (online and in Oxford). 

Starting Wednesday 5 June 2024 (online and in Oxford).

What is Help to Grow: Management?

The programme is a unique opportunity for senior leaders to build expertise across the key areas and to boost business performance, resilience and long-term growth. 

Help to Grow: Management is delivered by small business and enterprise experts from Oxford Brookes Business School and supported by leading figures from industry and experienced entrepreneurs. 

The 12-week programme has been purposed to be taken alongside full-time work. The programme is built around a practical curriculum that also features 1:1 support from a business mentor, peer-learning sessions and an alumni network. 

The bespoke curriculum is aimed to support business leaders to build capabilities surrounding leadership, innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, marketing, responsible business and financial management.
