Food for Thought

Investing in nutrition, is investing in the future.

Nutrition affects many aspects of our wellbeing, and in this talk, we will be investigating its effects on our productivity in the workplace and how these play into our mental and physical health and our immunity.

We will be looking at how our working environments affect our productivity levels, and how employers can make small changes to the workplace environment to provide a multitude of benefits to their employees, highlighting the work Brookes is doing in this regard.
