Featuring original coaching and mentoring research conducted by the doctoral and MA students of the International Centre for Coaching and Mentoring Studies and universities worldwide.
Theme: Supervision: Professional decision-making for supervision; supervision for professional decision-making (hybrid format).
Researchers, academics, professional support colleagues and students provide a diverse programme of events, activities and festivals. This programme also includes online resources including podcasts, teaching materials and short films.

The purpose of the REF is for the UK higher education funding bodies to secure the continuation of a world-class, dynamic and responsive research base within UK higher education.
The REF is a process of expert review, carried out by expert panels for each of the 34 subject-based units of assessment (UOAs), under the guidance of four main panels. Expert panels are made up of senior academics, international members, and research users.
