Place, Culture and Identity Research Group: research networking and development day
Members of the group will pitch emerging research ideas with a view to build collaborations and networks. There will also be opportunities for shorter lightning pitches on place, culture and identity
A one day networking event in which members of the Place, Culture and Identity Group (School of Architecture) will be present/pitch emerging research ideas with a view to build collaborations and networks from across the University and beyond. Some of the themes that will be covered on the day include the social value of housing, heritage research, de-colonising research practices, biodiversity and local environment.
We are inviting colleagues with shared research interests from across the University to join us for the day or for specific sessions to help further the discussion on emerging research and to explore interdisciplinary research opportunities. Lunch, refreshments and plenty of networking time will be provided.
We are also inviting shorter lightning presentations to introduce new research ideas linked to the Place, Culture and Identity themes.
