Art and Design Portfolio Preparation Course
Our portfolio preparation courses are designed to help develop your art and design skills, as well advise on how to present your work in a digital portfolio ready for application to further studies.
During this two day course you will be encouraged to explore your potential within a wide range of art and design disciplines, expand your design skills, personal practice, challenging your design ideas. The course provides students with the opportunity to work in a unique art school studio environment, an exciting and dynamic place full of creativity and inspiration.
Day One - In this workshop we will be playing with the relationship between letterforms and the background they are placed upon. We will be experimenting with creating a range of backgrounds, decorating letterforms to reveal personalities, then placing them together considering how they may work with or against each other.
Day Two - With this project you will be working with abstract visual language. Exploring and communicating dreams and identity, using a range of approaches for Fine Art practice including drawing and installation.
