Learning and assessment

The teaching units model how to take a critical approach to the evidence being presented, thus supporting academic literacy within online seminar groups. This encourages not only critical discussion of content, meaning and research methodologies (academic and research literacy), but also students undertake work that supports critical self-awareness, including around their emotional intelligence and its impact on others.

Collaborative working in groups comprising students from a range of different cultural and professional backgrounds will further support active citizenship.
