Elizabeth Cameron
Enterprise Support Manager
Elizabeth manages the enterprise support team, creating structure and vision for the work they do. She heads up external relationships with business, individuals and organisations, to create a responsive professional and effectively resourced programme of support to all aspiring entrepreneurially minded people at Oxford Brookes.
Dr. Samia Kamal
Enterprise Education Fellow
Samia supports Oxford Brookes academics in embedding enterprise and entrepreneurship education practices into the curriculum by advising them how to make the appropriate adaptations for different their disciplines. Her work includes the overseeing the Enterprise Champion Award, curating our annual Evolve Conference, the delivery of Bridge (our course for increasing entrepreneurial development among the research community) and oversees our pre-incubator ICEQube at Wheatley Campus
Ruxandra Jianu
Enterprise Support Coordinator
Ruxandra provides coordinated business start up support to all of our community. She specifically leads on the delivery of the Spark and Fuel courses, and curates Founders First Friday. She helps guide Brookes founders towards scaling, growth and development by linking with external organisations and offers 121 support for all aspiring entrepreneurs graduating from our courses.
Molly Palmer
Enterprise Support Coordinator
Molly leads on the coordination and delivery for our Thrive Festival, the annual event of all things entrepreneurial, managing sourcing and curating inspiring content to raise awareness, understanding and aspirations among our Brookes community. She also manages the monthly Bolt On series of skills boosters, and the Bloom Portfolio - a suite of courses and interventions for entrepreneurially minded women.
Afroditi Pekou
Enterprise Support Assistant
Afroditi ensures the smooth and coordinated delivery of Bridge and Evolve with Samia, leads on our evaluation and works alongside Elizabeth on our Business Engagement work. She also provides support across the team by utilising her broad professional skillset to deliver our wide range of initiatives and interventions.
