Role

I began working at Oxford Brookes in 2021 as an Educational Developer. I lead the General Teaching Assistants (GTA) course for doctoral students and associate lecturers/affiliates who teach, teach across the EXPLORE programme and I am SoTL lead for both the inclusion and assessment components of the Brookes IDEAS Inclusive Curriculum Development Model as well as acting as OCEAD Teaching and Learning Community Lead. A key focus of my work is assessment as, of and for learning, inclusion, inclusive pedagogies, transition pedagogies, writing to learn pedagogies, neurodiversity and staff development/academic practice.
