Role

Chloe Keeping is a Lecturer in Paramedic Science at Oxford Brooke’s University.  She is an Associate Fellow with HEA and was awarded College of Paramedics Student of the Year in 2022 and is the recipient of the Roland Furber Award from the College of Paramedics in 2025.

Chloe qualified as a paramedic in 2022 from the University of Lincoln, where she began her career in the higher education pillar of paramedic practice as an Associate Lecturer.  Since then, she has worked as a paramedic across multiple divisions within the East Midlands Ambulance Service, where she continues to work part-time.

Chloe has published reviews exploring inequalities in bystander CPR and automated external defibrillator (AED) use.  Her wider research interests focus on health inequalities, at-risk communities, and the experiences of students within practice-based learning and assessment.

Chloe is currently studying her MSc in Leadership and Management in Pre-Hospital and Critical Care, where her work explores the intersection between leadership, evidence-based practice, and clinical practice.
