I am a dual qualified nurse (RMN/RMLD) - Prior to joing Oxford Brookes as a Senior Lecturer in Mental Health Nursing, I worked for Oxford Health NHS foundation trust as the Service Manager for the Medoum Secure Service. I have extensive experience at different levels in various mental health settings and have signifianct expertise in leading and supporting staff and service development.
