I am a dual qualified nurse (RMN/RMLD). Prior to joining Oxford Brookes as a Senior Lecturer in Mental Health Nursing, I worked for Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust as the Service Manager for the Medium Secure Service. I have extensive experience at different levels in various mental health settings and have significant expertise in leading and supporting staff and service development.
