I am a member of the interdisciplinary teaching team for Advanced and Specialist Practice,
facilitating learning for an interdisciplinary group of practising clinicians at postgraduate level 7
and towards Masters certification.

I have taught on the BSc Physiotherapy and MSc Physiotherapy programmes on the topics of the
human experience of cancer, cancer-related pain and frailty.

PG dissertation students.
Research
My research interests include holistic assessment and intervention, pain management, cancer-
related pain and advanced practice.
Projects
Principal investigator for the following research studies - in progress;
● A qualitative research study to answer the question: ‘What do clinicians need to ensure
that their transition to the role of advanced practitioner is a successful one?
● A mixed-methods study evaluating the ‘Advancing Clinical Decision Making’ module
