Netta retired as Principal Lecturer, Head of Practice Education in November 2018, after working for Brookes for 25 years.
Netta continues to work as an Associate Lecturer for the MSc supporting the Masters’ programmes in Hong Kong, She is Module Leader for the Mastering Professional Nursing Practice module in IE90 - MSc Nursing (Leadership in Clinical Practice) which focuses upon transcultural nursing practice as a theme for students to demonstrate advancing nursing practice. Netta is also on the marking team for Advanced Research Design and is a dissertation supervisor for Masters nursing students.

Practice education, Standards of Conduct: Fitness to Practise, Advanced Nursing Practice, Transcultural Nursing Care, (an interest since presenting at the Third International Nursing Conference, Irbid University, Jordan in 1994).
