Role
Nikos has a key role in leading the creation, development, and delivery of the University’s sustainability strategy and environmental compliance programmes. He is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the University's certified Environmental Management System (EMS), ensuring strict legislative compliance, and driving university-wide sustainability initiatives in line with Strategy 2035 and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This includes overseeing statutory environmental reporting, embedding green practices across campus operations, and designing engagement campaigns to promote environmental awareness and behavioral change among staff and students.
