Paola Peña Ochoa

I am a Postgraduate Research Assistant working at Oxford Brookes Centre for Nutrition and Health (OxBCNH), I am currently involved in nutritional studies that test commercial food and drink products in human participants to test glycaemic index, glycaemic and insulin response, and other metabolic testing.
I have a BSc in Nutrition from University of Guadalajara, Mexico.
