Further details
Before joining Brookes I had a 20 year career working in the NHS, mainly across Acute and Emergency Care settings supporting complex discharges.
As well as working clinically for many years, I also worked in a managerial capacity, firstly as a Team Lead before moving into a Therapies Lead role.
I have completed two Level 5 Diplomas - in Management and Leadership and then Coaching and Mentoring. As a result, I also provided workplace coaching to all staff across the Trust that I worked in.
