As part of the prof Nicola Ragge’s Eye Genetics group, my work involves using whole genome and whole exome
sequencing, optical genome mapping, and other functional techniques to identify the genetic basis of
developmental eye anomalies including Anophthalmia, Microphthalmia and Coloboma (AMC).
