Research topic
This research will answer two questions:
- Is a nurse only level three sexual and reproductive health service possible?
- What are the particular leadership skills required of Nurse Consultants to develop and establish a nurse-led sexual health service?
By undertaking this research, new evidence will be summarised to provide emerging data to support the hypothesis that nurses can solely deliver level three sexual health services.
