After looking over the requirements and seeing the programme, I decided that it was the best for me. I had been acclimatised to a non-stop schedule in the USA, so I had to get used to a more split-up schedule overall here. I have an academic advisor and they give us extra information about different areas in the university and help us navigate the systems here.

Being able to work with people who have worked in the industry, and learn about their experiences in F1 and motorsport in general, has helped me gain an understanding around how to become a success in the industry.

Being able to just walk around and be surrounded by history is brilliant. I am in Oxford Brookes Racing, Oxford Brookes Jazz Society, and the Oxford Brookes Orchestra. It is great to be able to join these groups and build up my connections.
