  • Research staff

Effective time management is a key skill for a successful researcher. As researchers, we need to balance the many demands of our research with the myriad of things going on in our wider professional and personal lives, meet multiple and complex deadlines, and deliver the outcomes of our research projects on time.

This very practical session explores strategies for time management for research-active staff,  including ways of using your time effectively to 'work smarter rather than harder' and to achieve a good 'work-life balance', reducing your stress in the process. Good time management will help you manage the demands of your research, is a valuable 'transferable skill' in the workplace and will help you get the most out of all aspects of your life.

Format:

  • 2 hour interactive online workshop led by Director of Researcher Development
