    Applications are now closed.

    We're looking for students with great communication skills, motivation, and enthusiasm for Oxford Brookes. You don't need any specific experience, we will provide you with all the training you will need.

    Join the team

    After shortlisting successful students will be invited to attend an online interview. There will be allocated slots available 29 April, 1 May, 4 May, 6 May and 11 May 2020. You will not need to attend all dates.

    Applicants must also be available to attend compulsory training which takes place between Monday 18 May - Friday 22 May 2020.

    During this week you will only need to attend one day training (paid). We will also be offering drop in sessions to the following week (unpaid) to help to learn about how to apply for jobs, how to fill your claim forms, the Student Ambassador jobs portal etc.

    Central Ambassador

    Support the UK Recruitment and Widening Participation team on a wide-range of jobs to help students of all ages gain access to university.

    Jobs include:

    • Delivering campus tours
    • Attending recruitment events, including Open Days and Applicant Days
    • Take part in workshops and talks for schools and colleges
    • Admin positions across the university
    • Instagram takeover
    • Unibuddy and Student Room
    • Study Higher events

    Faculty Ambassador

    Support your academic team by representing your faculty and tell visitors about your subject and life at university.


    Jobs include: 

    • Attending recruitment events, including Open Days and Applicant Days
    • Connect with students who have specific questions about our University
    • Call Campaigns
    • Induction Week
    • Interview Days
    • Instagram takeover

    The Careers Team at Oxford Brookes University have drop-ins are available from 10:00am - 4:00pm (Monday to Friday). The team can look at your CV, application and assist you with interview preparation. Telephone Drop-in are available to students who are not on campus.
