£2,000 International Student Scholarships

Starting your degree in September 2023? You could qualify for one of our new £2,000 international student scholarships.

We know that moving to a new country can be a challenge, and we believe that early preparation is an important factor in student success. In order to encourage our students to be well prepared for their new life in the UK, we are offering a £2,000 scholarship to support students who make their deposit payment by a relevant deadline.

GREAT Scholarships 2023

Oxford Brookes University is excited to announce that this year, in partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, we are offering two £10,000 scholarships to students from Turkey and Kenya holding an offer to study a postgraduate course with us starting in September 2023.

This Scholarship scheme is part of the GREAT Scholarship 2023 programme, which is an initiative by the British Council and the UK Government, designed to attract some of the brightest postgraduate students from around the world to study at more than 40 British universities in the 2023-24 academic year.

EU Student Support Scholarship 2023

At Oxford Brookes, we deeply value our students from the EU and we will continue to do all we can to welcome EU students long into the future.

We are therefore delighted to announce that we will be offering scholarships of £3,000 to all EU undergraduate students who wish to join our degree programmes in the academic year 2023/24. If you meet the criteria, this scholarship will be applied automatically as a discount to your tuition fees across all years of study.

Sanctuary Scholarship 2023

The Sanctuary Scholarship is for individuals seeking asylum and those who have a form of protection from an asylum claim, who are not able to access government student finance. In 2023/24 entry there will be one scholarship available.

Gaza Scholarship 2023

The Gaza Scholarship covers fees, accommodation, and a contribution towards living expenses up to a total of £30,000. There will be one scholarship available for the academic year 2023/24. Applicants must be new, full-time, international fee-paying students studying a one year full-time Master’s degree.
