Oxford Brookes may need to cancel your campus tour at short notice owing to changing circumstances on our campuses, or in response to national or local government travel restrictions. Should this occur, you will be notified by email as soon as possible, with an outline about how priority rebooking will be arranged.

If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us here.

How many people will be on my tour?

The maximum capacity for each campus tour is 20, meaning that you will be with up to 19 other participants, and one student ambassador. We are following social distancing guidelines and request all participants continue to wear a face covering while on site.

    Can my parents/carers come?

We still need to maximise space on the tour for prospective students and carefully monitor the number of people on our campuses at any time. Visiting students are permitted to have one parent or carer accompany them on the tour, provided they have booked a place for them. Parents and carers who attend on the day who have not pre-booked a place will be offered any unfilled tour spaces on a first-come-first served basis, and subject to track and trace protocol.

What COVID-19 measure do I need to take?
Oxford Brookes is offering this activity in line with the latest advice from the UK Government. Please see here for the latest travel advice and the latest rules for England on what you can and cannot do. You must not visit our campus if you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19, or have had a positive test result. Please wash your hands before leaving and when returning home and sanitise from the stations on campus when you arrive. We also ask that all staff, students, and visitors abide by our ‘ Keeping each other safe on campus’ guidance, which includes maintaining a social distance and wearing a face covering while you are on site.

    Is the Campus Tour safe?

We have carefully redesigned our campus tours to reduce the risk of infection. Routes around our campus will follow established one-way systems, and ‘stops’ will only happen in well-ventilated, uncrowded spaces.

    Can I park?

Parking is extremely limited at our Oxford campuses. We strongly advise you not to travel to campus by car unless absolutely necessary (eg. medical justification). Our campuses are well serviced by a network of public bus services and park and ride facilities which you are advised to use wherever possible.
