    (HESA 2017)

We work closely with professionals to design courses focused on a career in a specific sector from architecture and engineering to nursing and education.

Thirty-one of our degrees are accredited by the relevant professional body. In many cases our partners in industry contribute to your learning through work placements, mentoring schemes, guest lectures, and input into course design.

Some of our courses also run specialist ‘meet the employer’ events.

  • Work placements

Employers rate work experience as ‘the most important factor’ when recruiting staff. Hands-on experience in the workplace is invaluable - you build careers skills and confidence while finding out what you really love.
