Holding back climate progress: sustainability's critical skills gap

The world of sustainability is changing. In our research, we found out that soft skills are being ignored, to the detriment of progress on climate targets.

According to our research, many sustainability professionals feel ill-equipped when it comes to influencing, inspiring and engaging stakeholders. As more professionals transition their careers into sustainability, and as organisations begin to implement their climate strategies, so the roles of sustainability teams have expanded and become more central.
