Gardening as we age - green and blue dementia care

A seminar and panel event to introduce the work being done across Hampshire to provide opportunities for people living with dementia to access green and blue activities, and the proven benefits, outcomes and the resulting community engagement from these types of services.

Nature provides a connection for all of us and can be a source of real comfort after a dementia diagnosis. We can all do more to support each other and those in our community to live well by engaging in green and blue activities.
