Oxford Brookes partners with Twin Group to boost postgraduate employability

Oxford Brookes University has partnered with Twin Group to enhance the employability prospects of postgraduate students enrolled in its MSc International Business Management programme.
The collaboration will integrate specialist employability and placement services into the course, ensuring that students gain real-world business experience, industry insights, and professional networking opportunities alongside their academic studies.
The MSc International Business Management is one of the most popular postgraduate programmes for international students at Oxford Brookes, attracting a diverse cohort from around the world. With clear career pathways and strong industry connections, the programme is designed to help international students maximise opportunities available through the UK’s Graduate Route visa. By combining real-world experience, employer engagement, and dedicated career support, the course equips graduates with the skills, knowledge, and professional networks needed to succeed in the global job market.
Designed to prepare students for careers in multinational corporations, start-ups, and non-profit organisations, the MSc programme will now include tailored employability support facilitated by Twin Group. This will offer interview coaching, industry workshops, and access to employer networks, ensuring that graduates are fully equipped to navigate the global job market.
Professor Nick Wilton, Dean of Oxford Brookes Business School, said: "This partnership with Twin Group strengthens our commitment to postgraduate student success. By embedding professional experience into our MSc programme, we are ensuring that our graduates leave with both the theoretical knowledge and the practical skills employers demand.
“We are also delighted that this collaboration allows us to offer three intake points for our MSc International Business Management course, which provides flexibility for students looking to begin their studies at a time that best suits their career plans. It also expands access to a programme that is highly valued by international students seeking strong industry connections, employability support, and opportunities to gain real-world business experience alongside their academic studies."
Twin Group, which specialises in employability services for international and postgraduate students, has extensive experience in work placements, career training, and industry engagement. The organisation has previously worked with other UK universities to support postgraduate students seeking professional experience and career development.
Caroline Fox, CEO and Founder, Twin Group, added: “Our partnership with Oxford Brookes University is an exciting opportunity for Twin to further deepen our support of both UK Higher Education and UK employers by matching global talent into early career roles.”
