Overview

The Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship offers employers an opportunity to support talented staff to upgrade their knowledge and skills to excel in the property industry. The programme integrates academic learning with work-based practice to further professional development according to the knowledge, skills and behaviours set out by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

This programme aligns to a specific provision available in the Skills England standard, for apprentices with previously achieved Level 6 study in non-real estate fields to access the training. On successful completion apprentices will gain an MSc Real Estate and membership of the RICS (property pathways).
