Free 8-Week Personal Training Programmes for Brookes Sport Members

As part of our partnership with students completing their Level 3 Personal Training (PT) qualification through Brookes Applied, we’re offering Brookes Sport members the opportunity to take part in a free 8-week personal training programme with students.

This is a fantastic chance to receive personalised coaching and support while helping our future fitness professionals gain valuable hands-on experience.

What’s included

  • 8 personal training sessions, tailored to your goals
  • Guidance and progress tracking from student trainers
  • Supervision by qualified industry professionals 
  • A free opportunity to boost your confidence and results in the gym

Who can take part

  • Open exclusively to Brookes Sport members (must have a paid, long-term membership (e.g. Direct Debit, Annual)
  • Sessions are usually held off-peak (before 2pm weekdays or weekends), though some flexibility is available

Participation details

By expressing interest, you agree to:

  • Take part in 8 PT sessions, scheduled between you and your student trainer
  • Attend a short in-person assessment (which may be recorded for internal moderation)
  • Allow your name and email address to be shared internally so your assigned trainer or lecturer can contact you

Participation in the programme is entirely voluntary and you may withdraw at any time without consequence.

How to sign up

Complete the Google Form to express your interest. Once submitted, we’ll match you with a student trainer as soon as one becomes available and they will be in touch.

Gym access

Participants should check in at reception for each session and your student PT will meet you there. Our team and student trainers will coordinate directly with you via email to arrange times.
