Complaints procedure

  • Oxford Brookes University Nursery has an open door policy with regard to any problems that may arise and parents are encouraged to discuss any concerns when they arise with a member of staff or the Nursery Manager.

    If a parent or carer wishes to make a more formal complaint, they are asked to put this in writing to the manager who will make an investigation and notify the complainant of the outcome within 28 days.

    If problems are not resolved and parents feel further action is needed they are asked to contact:
