Joanne has taught at a range of primary schools. During her time as a teacher she has taken on a number of leadership roles including science co-ordinator, Gifted and Talented co-ordinator and Leading Teacher, PSHE co-ordinator and KS2 co-ordinator. Before joining Oxford Brookes, she worked as a class teacher with Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR).
