Research
As a qualitative researcher with broad interests in the field of HRM and International HRM my current doctoral research focuses more specifically upon international assignees. As a phenomenological exploratory study focusing on the lived experiences of UK academic faculty involved in international collaborations, the research analyses international assignees’ roles, their sensemaking as well as developmental and wellbeing requirements within the context of transnational educational programmes (TNE).
Additional research interests include talent management, learning & development, cross cultural management and graduate employability.
