How to search, sort or filter

This page is for Oxford Brookes University staff. Its purpose is to explain internal processes to staff members. It was moved into its current location on the website in Autumn 2022.

Projects are costed and approved in pFACT.

When a project reaches ‘submitted’ status on pFACT, it is moved across to Converis. All subsequent management of the project will be in Converis.

In order to review the status of an application, go to Project Applications and log on. Select your appropriate role in the top right had toolbar, and then move to the tabs on the left hand side, click on ‘Projects’, then ‘Project Applications’. This will give a list of all applications which you are able to access, defaulting to the one amended most recently at the top.

In order to open an application, click on the title, which is coloured blue. This will open the record, displaying the data in the tab called ‘Key Information’. Other tabs exist at the top of the record and can be navigated by clicking on them. Funders and costing information in under the tab called ‘Details’.

Close the record, by picking the ‘Cancel’ button at the bottom of the screen.

To search for records, click on the option called ‘Filter’.
