This introductory workshop will provide an overview of how impact is understood in the Research Excellence Framework and how you might think about embedding impact more generally in your research.

In this introductory session, you will gain a broad overview of impact, how it is supported at Oxford Brookes, the funding sources available and the reporting requirements including the Research Excellence Framework (REF). The session will also introduce the impact toolkit available to help you think about how to embed research impact in your research.
