IDEAS: The Brookes Inclusive Curriculum Model

Supporting staff with inclusive practice development

The Oxford Brookes IDEAS curriculum model is a 'travelling companion' designed to support programme teams with inclusive practice development from Programme Development Team (PDT) stage through to annual review, quinquennial review and beyond.

IDEAS places partnership with students at its core aiming to promote a whole university community approach to inclusive practice and to progress the commitments and milestones of our Access and Participation Plan 2020-25.

Please see the about the IDEAS model page for an introduction to the rationale and philosophy for the model and its different elements of Inclusive teaching, Digital inclusion, Employability learning, Assessment for learning, and Sustainability Mindset.
