Support during those difficult times

The Counselling Service is here to support you at times of any emotional, psychological or mental health difficulties. We welcome students of any age, class, ethnicity, faith, belief, culture, disability, sexual orientation and gender identity.

We offer a wide range of free support including workshops, groups, individual counselling and a host of mental health resources. Please try our self-help resources in the first instance as they may help you build on your own resources to manage your difficulties better. If you need further help, you can register for support. Explore the information below to find out more.
