Your new timetable system: TimeEdit
The University is introducing a new timetabling system next month - here’s what you need to know.
From next month, you can view your timetable in TimeEdit, the University's new timetabling system.
TimeEdit will give you:
- the most up-to-date version of your teaching timetable and academic advising sessions
- up-to-date room details and links to online teaching events
- your personal exam timetable (released in Week 4)
- easy login with your Brookes ID and password (single sign on).
The provisional timetable for 2026/27 will be published in July. Follow the instructions below to access it in TimeEdit so you can make arrangements or plans for other commitments outside of your studies.
To log onto TimeEdit, go to www.timeedit.net, select Oxford Brookes University and log in using Single Sign On. Report any issues logging into TimeEdit using ServiceNow incident report form.
You can find a video and written guide on how to use TimeEdit on the Timetabling Guides Hub. If you still have any questions about TimeEdit, you can contact Timetabling using the ServiceNow Timetable Help Form for help.
What happens to my Google Calendar?
TimeEdit will have the most up-to-date version of your teaching timetable including rooms and any online events. Your Oxford Brookes Google Calendar will receive a feed of your teaching timetable from TimeEdit, but may not be as up to date as viewing your timetable on TimeEdit.
Look out in Student News for further updates on using TimeEdit.
