A local charity approached OB1 LIVE with the request to build a tactile model for their members so that they could understand and discuss the design for a proposed planning application to extend their headquarters building. Initial contact and negotiation between the tutors and OAB agreed their requirements for the model and volunteers from the OB1 LIVE programme then undertook the commission to build the model.
