Swindon Campus

Overview

Our Swindon Campus is located in West Swindon, in the Delta Business Park. It was officially opened in February 2017 and features brand new facilities to enhance student learning, collaboration and research. The Joel Joffe building is named after Lord Joel Joffe, a long-time Swindon resident and former human rights lawyer.

Swindon Campus is home to state-of-the-art academic facilities including a subject library, clinical skills lab and up-to-date simulation training equipment.

Opening hours

Our Swindon campus opening hours are:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 7.00pm.

Outside of these hours entry is by card access only (Salto access is 24/7).

The support services team also ensures that Swindon students have access to a full range of support and advice services on campus. 

Accessibility

Oxford Brookes University is committed to providing a campus that is accessible to all individuals, including those with mobility challenges. The University regularly assesses and upgrades its facilities to ensure they meet the required accessibility standards. Lifts on campus

Details of the locations, statuses and alternative routes for lifts across our campus sites are available to view via an online Google SheetIf you notice a faulty lift which is showing as "in service" in the Google Sheet, the University will not be aware of an issue. Please report any lift faults by logging into ServiceNow and raising a maintenance ticket, by emailing ecs-maintenance@brookes.ac.uk, or by calling 01865 60 3330. In the case of a lift emergency, such as being trapped, please call Security on their 24/7 phone number of 01865 603060.
